Cancellation policy
We understand the unpredictable nature of horses, which may occasionally result in a booking being cancelled at short notice. In such instances, please ensure you email victoria@bonfleurcrosscountry.co.uk or WhatsApp/call 07976 138120.
There will be no charges for bookings cancelled prior to the day of the booking.
Bookings cancelled on the day will incur a 50% fee.
Any bookings not cancelled and unattended will incur a 100% fee.
Bonfleur reserves the right to waive the fee under certain circumstances.
Force majeure
Bonfleur Cross Country Course shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike, tempest, accident, civil disturbance, adverse weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
